Season 1 - SBTs are Just the Beginning!

GMonad, HaHanians! Some of you may have noticed the appearance of a new NFT in your wallets. As a special surprise, we've decided to award our early supporters!

It is an SBT (Soulbound token) collection. There are 6 tiers, each with their allocation of $HAHA tokens:

• Gold: 500,000 $HAHA
• Platinum: 1,250,000 $HAHA

What are $HAHA's tokenomics?
We're targeting end of Q1 2026 for TGE. The total token supply is 1 trillion, with a significant portion locked in the company treasury for development and long-term project sustainability. This tokenomic structure creates accessibility for users while ensuring HaHa has the resources to scale. Based on HaHa's $20M valuation from 6 months ago (with no down rounds since), here's the conservative estimated value per SBT tier:

• Cardboard: $0.069
• Bronze: $1
• Silver: $5
• Gold: $10
• Platinum: $25
• Diamond: $100

Here are some of the criteria that qualified:

• Testnet users who did at least 10 testnet transactions and reached level 2 (300 karma) during testnet: Cardboard
• Monad users with at least 10 mainnet transactions: Bronze
• Currently has at least $1 staked on earnAUSD and had $1 staked 1 week ago as well.
• Completed the HaHa <> Kintsu <> Folks Finance quest: Silver

   - $20 (must also have >= 50 karma): Cardboard
   - $50 (must also have >= 50 karma): Bronze
   - $200 (must also have >= 50 karma): Silver
   - $400 (must also have >= 50 karma): Gold
   - $5 (must also have >= 100 karma): Platinum
   - $20 (must also have >= 200 karma): Diamond

There is also a public list. Simple enter your (or your friend's) public address to see which NFTs were dropped. When you have multiple addresses in your HaHa account, SBTs, if any, will be found in your designated default wallet. This is the one with the 🎁 gift icon. It is possible to have multiple NFTs of the same kind.

A Note About Demerits

If we detect a user has done any of the following:

• Engages in behavior deemed to be commercial farming
• Exploits bugs or uses the app in a non-intended manner. For instance, swapping USDC to AUSD is a legitimate way to earn karma. Swapping between MON and WMON is not.
• Violates HaHa's Terms of Service or Privacy Policy
• Engages in bullying or harassment of any kind
• Disseminates negative publicity about HaHa, especially those likely to be libel/slander
• Performs an action that is deemed illegal in HaHa's operating territories
• Performs any action that results in account closure, including requesting account deletion

HaHa reserves the right to revoke that user's SBTs, future $HAHA allocations, and terminate their account.

Q&A:

• So is karma not useful anymore?
  Au contraire! This initial drop is just to award our earliest users, and the SBT campaign is ongoing. As we've mentioned previously, lifetime karma will play a major role in final calculations for our airdrop. We may even grant the ability to redeem karma sometime in the near future 😉.
• Can I buy/sell/transfer HaHa SBTs?
  No, and attempting to do so may negatively impact future qualifications.
• Can I unlink my current Discord and relink to another account?
  No
• How come Friend A got more/better SBTs than Friend B did, even though Friend B got more karma?
  There are many possibilities.
  • Friend A may have completed more Quests or Projects of the Days (PODs) than Friend B
  • Friend A may have earned a bigger drop through non karma earning activities, such as winning a contest or obtained various roles by contributing to HaHa
  • Friend B's karma balance may not be entirely earned legitimately. See Demerits above
• I see that the Season 1 SBT collection has a fixed size. Is this all the $HAHA you will airdrop?
  This is neither a minimum or maximum. HaHa reserves the right to issue more SBTs or airdrop less than the entire collection.
• How long will Season 1 last?
  It started on Monad mainnet day 1 and is intended to last at least another 4 weeks. We may extend Season 1 or initiate Season 2 if results are promising.
• I've reached level 10. Now what?
  Congratulations, you're in the 1% of HaHa users. Here's a hint: Level 10 isn't the absolute highest, so you haven't actually reached the cap.
• How do I maximize my $HAHA airdrop?
  Interact with the app and contribute to the community! Here are some ways to do so. Notice that many activities don't require you to spend any money:
  • Perform in-app swaps
  • Use our meme trading terminal at haha.me/lol
  • Deposit into one of our high yield vaults
  • Stake on FastLane or Kintsu using HaHa
  • Became a beta tester and give feedback
  • Report major/critical bugs or suggest good features
  • Promote HaHa in socials and blog posts
  • Refer new users
  • Complete PODs and Quests
  • Win a trading competition
  • Hold a partner NFT
  • Open the app once a day to get the Daily Check In bonus
  • Do any transaction in general. We award 1 karma for every 50 regular transactions
  • Be a verified Bonk Rewards user
  • Win a Discord event, such as Karaoke, gaming, etc
  • Obtain role at special event
  • Win a raffle. We have these in Discord events, Twitter (X) spaces, and even IRL events
  • Tell a funny joke and make Mu laugh
• What other benefits do I get for using HaHa App?
  Remember that HaHa is the only significant native wallet project on Monad. If you want to maximize your value on Monad, there is no better wallet to use for interacting onchain.
